Privacy policy

Who handles your data

The controller's details will be published in this section before the waitlist opens. Until then the waitlist takes no sign-ups and we collect no personal data.

What we collect

Only what the waitlist needs:

• Your email address.
• Your answers to the form: the sports you are interested in, when you bet, the plan that suits you and, if you write them, the markets you use.
• The language and version of the page you joined from, the referral link if you arrived through one (a particular channel, for example) and your country, which we infer from your connection without storing your IP address.
• The date you joined and the version of this policy you accepted.

What we use it for

To write to you about the beta, the founder presale and the launch of Shuntflow, and to decide what to build first from the answers as a whole. We use it for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not pass it on to anyone and we do not build profiles with it.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Article 21 of Spanish Law 34/2002 for commercial communications). You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawing it does not affect anything done before.

How long we keep it

Until you ask to leave the list and, at most, 24 months from the date you joined. After that it is deleted.

Who else is involved

The site and the waitlist are hosted by Cloudflare, acting as data processor. The waitlist database is restricted to the European Union. Cloudflare, Inc. may process technical data in the United States; those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not store your IP address.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies or any other tracking, so there is nothing to accept.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, object to its use or restrict it by writing to the contact address that will be published on this page. We reply within one month. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es or to the authority in your own country.

Minors

The waitlist is for over-18s only. If we learn that a minor has joined, we delete their data.
